Shell + Meyer frequently works with owners, building inspectors, and architects performing structural evaluations of existing structures. Sagging beams, cracked foundations, and unlevel floors are just a few of the common problems found in residential structures. Shell + Meyer can provide a structural report itemizing the structural concerns and determine if structural repairs are necessary.
